Willow Glen Library welcomes Mary E. Gardner, co-author with Linda Lambert of the book Women's Ways of Leading, who will speak about findings from a 20-year study of women leaders. The study began in San Jose with educators, and then expanded to industry. Gardner is the former superintendent of the Saratoga School District, a visiting practitioner at Harvard University, and a professor of educational leadership. She consults with non-profit organizations and has served on five boards of directors.
