Training for Better Performance and Injury Prevention

Willow Glen's Athletic Performance presents Becky Williamson, President of lifeSport Fitness, who will show you some simple ways to improve your athletic performance. Learn how to lessen your chance of injury and improve your muscle function by integrating just a few simple full body exercises into your training routine.

You’ll also learn three simple exercises to help your achy knees and back, how to strengthen your core without doing a single crunch, and two ways to improve your strength and power in your own backyard. Those in attendance can also enter a raffle to win a free two-week pass to a lifeSport Fitness boot camp.
