A free Introduction to Yoga Class is given on the first Sunday of each month at Willow Glen Yoga on Lincoln Avenue. If you are new to yoga and wonder what this whole yoga thing is about, come to the studio and find out! All are welcome. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and refrain from strong scents and soaps (in consideration for those sensitive or allergic).
