The Willow Glen Business Association cordially invites community organizations from Willow Glen and the surrounding area to participate in the Willow Glen Founder's Day Parade on Saturday, September 26, 2009, 10:30am-12pm! The theme for this year's parade will be Past, Present, and Future. We welcome and encourage you to include live music in your parade entry.

In order to participate, please download this application form, fill it out, and return it to the office of the Downtown Willow Glen Business Association by 5pm, June 5, 2009. (Act now as space is limited!) There is an entry fee of $50, which will help defer some of the parade costs.

The parade set up begins on Lincoln Avenue at Coe Avenue and ends on Minnesota Avenue. This parade is a full seven-tenths of a mile distance. All participants must arrive to their designated start areas no later than 9:30am. For those considering a float: we are partnering with construction companies which are willing to help with float construction. Upon receiving your acceptance and participation form, additional parade information will be sent with your confirmation.
